1 cup fresh spinach
2 avocados, seed removed
250g cream cheese, room temperature
Juice and zest of ½ lime
4 tbsp avocado oil, plus extra to serve
3 tbsp Gewürzhaus Garlic Lovers' Spice
⅓ cup of water
Salt and pepper, to taste
Blanch the spinach in a large bowl with boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and squeeze out the remaining water from the leaves and set aside.
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth, slowly adding water until it reaches the consistency to your liking.
Transfer into a jar or serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Drizzle with a little avocado oil before serving.
