In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, lime juice, and Garlic Lover’s Spice. Season with chilli flakes if desired. Add prawns and toss to coat.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Heat a barbecue to high. Thread prawns onto skewers, piercing once near the tail and once near the head. Grill the prawns for 3-4 minutes each side, until just cooked. Drizzle with any remaining marinade whilst cooking.
