Cover the chicken evenly with the Hawker-Style BBQ Blend, then add the oil and gently rub over the chicken to evenly coat it.
Let the chicken marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature, or longer in the fridge as desired.
Cook the chicken on a grill pan or over hot coals on high-medium heat for 15-20 minutes, rotating the pieces, until cooked through.
Remove them from the heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken and serve with rice, cucumbers and red onion.
