Combine the Italian Chilli & Garlic Oil Blend and olive oil into a medium size saucepan.
Heat on medium heat until the oil starts to sizzle (approximately 3 minutes), being careful not to burn the garlic. You can use the chilli oil immediately.
Store extra chilli oil in a jar, waiting for it to cool down before you cover the jar with a lid. The chilli oil can be stored in a cool place for up to one month. Stir before serving.
