Starting with the mince, place all ingredients except the oil in a large bowl. Using a fork, carefully combine all ingredients, making sure not to compress the mixture.
Form meatballs with your hands to the desired size, working them only until they are just formed. Taking care not to compress or work the mixture too much.
TIP: wet your hands with water before forming the meatballs to prevent the mixture sticking to your hands.
Heat a heavy-based pan to medium heat. Add oil or lard to the pan, enough to cover the base. Once melted, add the meatballs, leaving space in between them.
Sear on both sides, then reduce the heat to low and fry for approximately 10 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and browned.
Serve with vegetables, as bite-sized snacks, or make a classic Spaghetti and Meatballs

I made these vegetarian with Quorn mince and they turned out fantastic!!
I made these kero style, used almond meal instead of Panko breadcrumbs & they were delicious. Super easy and my whole family loved them . Best ever!
