Cut pork fillets into 4cm pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
To the bowl, add the spice blend, olive oil and the juice of half the lemon.
Cover the bowl with cling wrap and leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
Remove the marinated pork and place on skewers, leaving a little bit of space between each piece.
Grill on high heat until just cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Rest the skewers for 5 minutes after cooking. To serve, drizzle with remaining lemon juice and serve with lemon wedges.
