Gently whisk eggs and cream together. Season to taste.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add butter to melt.
Pour eggs into pan and let cook for 30 seconds or until you can see the egg start to cook around the edges.
Remove from direct heat, then using a spatula, gently and slowly push the uncooked egg to the edges of the pan to cook.
Keep moving the eggs around the pan until almost set and is looking fluffy. It should still be a little runny on top.
Serve with sourdough toast or bagel, salmon, crème fraîche, lemon wedges and dill. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Blend.

Hi😊
What a lovely idea , it’s so tasty. When I made it for the second time I tried with “Everyday Eggs Blend” to make the eggs. It’s superb.
Also to mention I use lavender sugar when I make cupcakes as well. (1/2 Sugar, 1/2 Lavender Sugar according to the recipe). I love it💖

I made this for Christmas morning breakfast. Everyone loved the addition of the everything bagel blend on top. We will definitely be buying a jar of this. Yum!
