5 potatoes, medium sized Sebago or any mashing potato
¼ cup butter, diced
¼ cup cream
2 tsp Gewürzhaus Ranch Spice
Salt & pepper, to taste
Wash potatoes and place on tray, cook in oven until soft and fluffy on inside (around 45 minutes).
Take potatoes out of the oven, peel and place in a bowl with butter, cream and the Ranch Spice, mash roughly.
Serve along side Jerk Fried Chicken, BBQ Jerk Chicken or your favourite grilled meat or fish.
