Blitz all the ingredients together in a food processor for 20 seconds or until well chopped and combined. Roll teaspoon full-sized portions into balls, then roll in coconut. Refrigerate until firm.
Scoop out one teaspoon of mixture at a time and roll it into balls. Repeat with the rest of the mixture then coat the bliss balls with coconut.
If coating in white chocolate, do not coat in coconut first to ensure a smooth finish. Simply coat or drizzle with melted white chocolate and decorate with dried cranberries or orange zest.
Refrigerate until firm, then transfer the bliss balls to an airtight container and keep them refrigerated until ready to serve.
Recipe Note
Depending on the size of the dates, if the mixture is too soft you can add a little more coconut.
