Preheat oven to 180°C, fan forced. Line a baking tray with a silicon mat and place the salmon pieces on it.
In a small bowl, combine Italian Herbs, panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and lemon zest, then pour the melted butter over and mix well until the mixture has the texture of wet sand. Using your hands, press the breadcrumb mixture firmly over the top of the salmon. Season with salt to taste.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
Whilst the salmon is cooking, pour the olive oil into a frying pan over medium heat, then add the green beans and fry for about 8-10 minutes. Stir through the Garlic Lovers Spice in the last minute of cooking time, then turn off the heat and transfer to a platter.
Place the salmon slices over the green beans and serve with lemon wedges.
